Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026 · in effect from May 29, 2026
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the rewriter.io website and application — a tool that helps you plan, create and publish SEO-optimized content for blogs and websites. Please read them carefully before you start using the service.
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter the “Terms”) set out the rules for the provision of services by electronic means through the website available at rewriter.io and the related application (the dashboard), API and plugins (hereinafter jointly the “Service”).
The provider and operator of the Service is BEO TECHNOLOGY spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Łódź (90-135) at ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40/1, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001103255, NIP 7252343252 (EU VAT: PL7252343252), REGON 528493956 (hereinafter the “Provider”, “we”). Contact: office@beotechnology.com.
Starting to use the Service, including creating an account, constitutes acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy, which together form the agreement between the User and the Provider. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the Service.
Using the Service requires a device with internet access, a current web browser and an active email address.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of the Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- User — a natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the Service on the basis of a registered account.
- Account — the User's individual profile in the application, secured with a login and password.
- Organization — a workspace that brings together the plan, billing, members and their roles, and the assigned projects. A single User may belong to multiple Organizations.
- Project — a configuration, separated within an Organization, relating to a single website, brand or company (business information, tone, audience, publication settings).
- Topic — a content category within a Project, on the basis of which article suggestions (Headlines) are generated.
- Generated content — article suggestions (Headlines), articles, SEO metadata, images and other materials produced by the Service for a given Project.
- Autopilot — a set of features that automate the generation of article suggestions (Headlines), their approval, and the creation, scoring, moderation and publication of articles according to parameters set by the User.
- API — a programming interface enabling the retrieval and management of Generated content outside the dashboard.
3. Scope and nature of the service
rewriter.io is a SaaS platform supporting the creation of SEO content. As part of the Service we provide, among other things: a step-by-step project wizard, keyword research, a topic planner and generator, automatic article suggestions (Headlines) for approval, article generation together with images, automatic quality scoring and fact-checking, a content editor, Markdown, DOCX, PDF, and HTML export, a friendly API, integration with WordPress (including a plugin) and a full Autopilot mode.
The range of features available to a given Organization depends on the chosen plan. The Provider develops the Service and may add, modify or withdraw individual features, while striving to preserve their usefulness for Users.
The Service is a tool that supports content creation. It is the User who decides which materials to approve and publish, and who is responsible for their final form and their compliance with the law.
4. Account, organizations and projects
Using the full set of features requires registering an account. By creating an Account, the User represents that they are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is true, complete and up to date.
After registration, a default Organization is created automatically. The User may create further Organizations, invite members to them and assign them roles (e.g. owner, administrator, editor). The plan, billing details and Projects are assigned to an Organization.
The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under their Account. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to us without delay.
Sign-in, registration and the management of users and sessions are handled by the external provider Clerk (Clerk.com). Use of these features is additionally subject to Clerk's terms of service and privacy policy.
The User undertakes not to use, as the name of an account or Organization, designations that infringe the rights of third parties or content that is offensive. The Provider may refuse to provide the Service, or suspend or delete an Account, in the event of a gross breach of the Terms.
5. Plans, payments and subscriptions
Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. The current plans, prices and scope of limits (e.g. the number of articles) are presented on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, unless indicated otherwise. In supported countries, the amount may be converted and charged in the local currency at the time of payment.
The subscription is billed in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle chosen at purchase, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel the renewal at any time in the Organization settings — you then retain access until the end of the paid period.
Payments for the Service are handled by the external provider Dodo Payments (Dodopayments.com), which acts as the payment service provider and as the Merchant of Record (MoR) — it is Dodo Payments that acts as the seller in relation to payments, collects amounts due and issues invoices for purchased subscriptions, accounting for applicable taxes where relevant. Use of payments is additionally subject to the terms and policies of Dodo Payments. By providing payment details, the User represents that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
The Provider may change the amount of the fees. We will notify you of any change with appropriate advance notice; the new rates apply from the next billing period. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
6. Trial period and right of withdrawal
The Provider may make available a free trial period or a plan with a limited scope. The terms of the trial (duration, limits) are communicated at the time it is made available.
A consumer, as well as a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity where that agreement does not have a professional character for that person, may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, by submitting a statement to office@beotechnology.com.
By starting to use paid content-generating features before the withdrawal period expires, the User may consent to the provision of the service commencing; in such a case, in accordance with the applicable provisions, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may apply on a basis proportionate to the unused part of the service. We describe the details during the purchase process.
7. User obligations and prohibited uses
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, the Terms and good practice. In particular, the following is prohibited:
- using the Service in a manner that infringes the provisions of Polish, EU or international law;
- generating and publishing content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes copyright, personal rights or the trademarks of third parties;
- creating spam or content intended to manipulate search results in a manner contrary to the guidelines of search engines;
- automatically retrieving the Service's content other than through the provided API in accordance with its documentation;
- actions that disrupt the stability of the Service or circumvent limits and safeguards;
- sharing access to the Account with unauthorized persons.
A User using the Service on behalf of third parties (e.g. an agency acting for a client) represents that they hold the appropriate authorization and independently governs the relationship with such client.
8. AI-generated content
Generated content is produced using artificial intelligence and automated processes. We strive for high quality and have equipped the Service with scoring and fact-checking mechanisms; however, we do not guarantee that Generated content will be fully correct, complete, unique or free from errors.
The User independently verifies, edits and approves each piece of content before publication. This also applies to content prepared and published in Autopilot mode — by configuring quality thresholds and automatic publication, the User accepts that publication takes place without their individual, manual approval each time.
To the extent permitted by law, the economic copyright in Generated content for a given Project belongs to the User (the Organization) from the moment it is produced and within the scope of an active subscription. The Provider claims no rights to the materials published by the User.
The Provider is not liable for the consequences of publishing Generated content, including its impact on search rankings, traffic or business results.
9. Integrations, API and WordPress
The Service provides integrations with external platforms (including WordPress together with a dedicated plugin), the export of content to Markdown (.md), DOCX (.docx), PDF (.pdf), and HTML formats, and a friendly API and webhooks.
The operation of the integrations depends on the availability and functioning of external platforms over which we have no control. We do not guarantee their uninterrupted availability; changes on the providers' side may affect their operation.
Use of the API is subject to request limits and the fair use rules described in the documentation. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to the API in the event that reasonable limits are exceeded.
10. Personal data and confidentiality
The controller of Users' personal data is the Provider. The rules for processing data, including the legal bases, purposes and the rights available to data subjects, are described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR.
To the extent that, in connection with the use of the Service, the User entrusts us with the processing of personal data (e.g. contained in content), we process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service, on the terms set out in a data processing agreement made available on request.
The parties undertake to keep confidential the information obtained in connection with the use of the Service that is not publicly available.
11. Liability and complaints
The Service is provided with due care. We make every effort to ensure it is available on a continuous basis; however, we do not rule out technical interruptions, maintenance or events beyond the Provider's control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount of the fees paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event. This neither excludes nor limits liability that, under mandatory provisions of law, cannot be excluded — in particular towards consumers.
Complaints concerning the operation of the Service may be submitted to office@beotechnology.com. A complaint should contain the User's details and a description of the problem. We consider it without delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt, and inform the User of the outcome at their email address.
A consumer may make use of out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the European Commission's ODR platform.
12. Amendments to the terms and final provisions
The Provider may amend the Terms for valid reasons, such as a change in the provisions of law, the scope of features or the manner in which the Service is provided. We will give advance notice of changes by publishing the new version on this page and — in the case of material changes — by notifying Users at their email address.
Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them. If the User does not accept the changes, they may terminate the agreement before the date on which the changes take effect.
We may suspend or terminate the provision of the Service and access to the Account in the event of a material breach of the Terms. The User may cease using the Service or delete their Account at any time. Upon termination of the agreement, Generated content may be exported beforehand via the dashboard or the API.
In matters not regulated by the Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means and — towards consumers — the provisions on consumer rights. If any provision of the Terms proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Please direct any questions regarding the Terms to office@beotechnology.com. We are happy to help.
